2. Service Overview

BOIR.org is a tool designed to assist business owners in filing Beneficial Ownership Information Reports (BOIR) with the Financial Crimes Enforcement Network (FinCEN). Please note that individuals and businesses can file directly with FinCEN without using our services. BOIR.org provides a streamlined submission process for a fee of $349 per filing (“Service”).

3. Fees and Payment

By using our Service, you agree to pay a fee of $349 per year for access to the services provided through BOIR.org. Your purchase constitutes an annual subscription that automatically renews every year unless canceled before the next renewal date.

By subscribing to our Service, you expressly authorize BOIR.org to charge your selected payment method $349 annually on a recurring basis until you cancel your subscription. The recurring charge will be processed automatically using the payment method provided at the time of purchase or any updated payment method associated with your account.

You acknowledge and agree that we may securely store your payment method or payment token through our third-party payment processor for the purpose of processing future recurring subscription payments, renewals, and other authorized charges.

3.1 Payment Methods

We accept payments via credit card or other payment methods made available on the Website. By providing your payment information, you represent and warrant that you are authorized to use the selected payment method and expressly authorize us and our payment processors to charge your payment method for the applicable fees, including recurring annual subscription charges.

You authorize BOIR.org and its payment processors to retain your payment credentials or payment token for future billing purposes, including automatic subscription renewals, without requiring you to re-enter your payment information for each renewal.

3.2 Automatic Renewal and Cancellation

Your subscription will automatically renew every year at the then-applicable annual subscription price of $349, unless you cancel before the next scheduled renewal date.

You may cancel your subscription at any time through the available account management options or by contacting our customer support. Cancellation will prevent future automatic renewal charges but will not automatically entitle you to a refund of any fees already paid.

If you do not cancel before your renewal date, you authorize us to charge your stored payment method for the next annual subscription period.

3.3 No Refunds

All payments made through BOIR.org are final and non-refundable, including initial subscription payments and recurring annual renewal charges, except where required by applicable law.

The annual subscription fee is non-refundable once the subscription or applicable service process has been initiated, regardless of the outcome of any Beneficial Ownership Information Report submission.

4. Filing Process and Disclaimer

BOIR.org provides assistance with the filing of Beneficial Ownership Information Reports. However, we are not responsible for the final approval, rejection, or processing of the report by FinCEN. Submission through BOIR.org does not guarantee compliance with FinCEN regulations.

You understand and acknowledge that:

• Boir.org (Beneficial Ownership Information Report) is not affiliated with the US Government or the Financial Crimes Enforcement Network (FinCEN).

• BOIR.org does not provide legal or financial advice regarding your filing.

• BOIR.org makes no representations or warranties regarding the approval or completeness of your report.

It is your responsibility to ensure that all information provided in the filing is accurate and compliant with applicable regulations.

By using our Service, you agree to:
